Release Agent Systems
Granudan’s release agent systems for composite molds ensure easy demolding, high surface quality, and longer mold life. These systems include water-based and solvent-based options tailored to specific composite processes. By applying the right system, operators reduce downtime, minimize repairs, and achieve a consistent finish. Our release agents work across wind energy, marine, and aerospace industries, supporting both large-scale and detailed composite production. Reliable release systems help optimize efficiency while maintaining safe and environmentally friendly standards.

Granudan Epoxy and Poly Cleaning Cloths 150 pcs. are eco-friendly wipes for tools and machinery. Remove uncured resin safely, non-evaporating.

Chemlease MPP 712 EU Primer 0,89 kg is a low viscosity solvent-based primer for effectively closing porosities, creating a strong protective barrier, enhancing mold surface quality, and preparing for sealers and release agents.

Chemlease MPP 1L Matt Primer 3,06 kg is a solvent-based primer that creates a strong, matte film on plug and mold surfaces. Durable, spray-applied with HVLP equipment.

Chemlease IC-60 is an internal release agent and lubricant for non-gel-coated polyester resins. It improves resin flow, reduces external release needs, and delivers clean, paint-ready parts.

Chemlease® IM 9101 is primarily used for pultrusion of composite parts with polyester resins. This product is designed to reduce pull force, resulting in improved line speed and reduced die wear. Chemlease® IM 9101 also imparts better flow properties to enable sufficient impregnation of fibers, fillers, and other additives. Pultruded parts made with Chemlease® IM 9101 are generally able to be painted and bonded without the post cleaning operations usually required when using conventional external release agents.

Chemlease® IM 9102 is our second version of internal mold release primarily used for pultrusion of composite parts with unique properties for epoxy. This product is designed to reduce pull force, resulting in improved line speed and reduced die wear. Chemlease® IM 9102 also imparts better flow properties to enable sufficient impregnation of fibers, fillers, and other additives. Pultruded parts made with Chemlease® IM 9102 are generally able to be painted and bonded without the post cleaning operations usually required when using conventional external release agents.
