- Thoroughly dampen a clean, soft, lint-free cotton cloth. The cloth should be wet but not dripping.
- Apply Enviroshield gently over an area of about 50×50 cm, without hard rubbing.
- Observe a wet, beading surface; wait 1-2 minutes for it to set.
- Wipe clean with a fresh, soft, lint-free cloth, turning it often to absorb wet residue.
- Continue this process until the entire mold surface is covered.
- Apply a second layer, allowing 15 minutes of drying time between applications.
- Finally, cure the mold for 30 minutes at 18-21°C after the last layer.
Crucially, after applying the final layer, allow a 30-minute curing period at room temperature (18-21°C). Prior to gelcoat application, always wipe the mold surface with a clean, lint-free cloth.
