Granudan Cleaner GR-08 for ECO-friendly Mold Cleaning

Granudan Cleaner GR-08 is a water-based cleaner and decreaser that removes oil, wax, soap, and sanding dust from mold surfaces. It replaces harmful solvents with a safer and more sustainable solution. We recommend to blend this cleaner with water in min. 50/50 ratio.  Therefore, it helps production companies meet strict HSE requirements without reducing efficiency.

Eco-Friendly and Effective Formula

The cleaner acts as a high-performance degreaser that leaves the surface free of contamination and ready for further treatment. In addition, the formula contains no PFAS or harmful chemicals. As a result, it protects both operators and the environment while keeping molds in excellent condition.

Simple Application Process

Mix the Cleaner 50/50 with water before use. For small surfaces, apply it with a clean cotton cloth. For larger molds, use the TASKI Versaplus Tool together with a CN Standard Pro Dry Mop. As dirt and wax loosen, wipe them away immediately with a fresh cloth. Repeat the process until the mold passes the water break free-test or tape-test.
