IBC Container Heater for Viscous Materials

The IBC Container Heater is designed to reduce viscosity in fluids and materials stored in 1000L containers. Many substances, such as syrup, sugar, oils, fats, and resin, become thick at room temperature. This heater warms the container evenly, making discharge easier and reducing waste.

Thermostat Options and Safety

The IBC Container Heater comes with one, two, or three thermostats. The single thermostat adjusts between 0–40°C, while the two- and three-zone models offer precise control from 0–90°C. Because of this flexibility, the heater can handle a wide range of industrial liquids, from water and oil to adhesives and wax. Built-in safety thermostats and a durable construction ensure safe operation in all environments.

IBC Container Heater – Benefits and Applications

The heater is made from lightweight, long-lasting materials with quick-release buckles, making installation fast and easy. Furthermore, it fits all standard 1000L IBC containers and can be used during transport, keeping contents at the right temperature or viscosity. For faster heating, pair it with an IBC insulated lid (sold separately), which minimizes heat loss.

Key Features of IBC Container Heater:

  • Fits standard 1000L containers

  • Up to 3 thermostats (0–40°C or 0–90°C)

  • Heats viscous liquids for easier discharge

  • Durable polyester design with quick-release buckles

  • 3 m power cable included

  • IP40 protection (IP54 optional)

  • Works with insulation lids or heating cabinets

  • Suitable for water, resin, oils, fats, wax, butters, glue, and adhesives
