The Polycon Industrial Spray Gun handles difficult-to-spray materials with ease. It works with resins, gelcoats, adhesives, paints, and release agents. In addition, its plug-in design speeds up setup, reduces downtime, and improves daily throughput.

Flexible nozzle and container system

Nine plug-in nozzles cover 0.8 mm (No. 1) to 7.1 mm (No. 9). Therefore, you can choose small bores for precise control on fine work or large bores for fast coverage with high-viscosity resins. Moreover, the 1.5 L reusable polythene containers let you switch colors or materials quickly, which minimizes waste and cleanup time.

Easy operation and quick cleaning

The gun operates from 3.5–7.0 bar and 400–800 L/min air volume. As a result, rates range from slow, detailed application up to 3.5 kg/min for gelcoat on large structures. Furthermore, short, straight fluid passages and plug-in components reduce clogging—even with fast-reacting resins—so cleaning becomes simple: pull the nozzle, flush with solvent, and reuse the container.
